I can't believe I was overseas for this election. I managed to vote for Obama and am so proud that he won. I didn't like him at the beginning and I still don't like that he's so inexperienced and I still don't agree with some of his ideas BUT he is a change. He is a huge change and that I love. I stayed up late watching the election then slept for a few hours and woke up just in time for Mccain's speech and then Obama's and I felt so PROUD to be an American. I am going to give a speech on political activism on college campuses in the USA in half an hour at American Corners and I can't wait to ask the high schoolers and college students here what their thoughts are.
